Overview: Château Mukhrani, a prestigious wine producer with a diversified hospitality portfolio — including restaurants — partnered with DataStudio to gain visibility over their sales performance and purchasing decisions. The primary goal was to empower their restaurant operations with a robust analytics tool for tracking both sales trends and buy-in prices from various distributors.
Challenge
Within the broader Château Mukhrani group, restaurant units needed better control over purchasing efficiency. Multiple distributors offered overlapping product ranges, but price changes and purchasing decisions were difficult to track over time.
