Overview: New Realty Group, a pharmaceutical distributor with a complex sales incentive model, partnered with DataStudio to simplify and automate their reporting around sales performance and employee commissions. The goal was to reduce the manual effort involved in monthly payroll calculations and provide leadership with a clear view of agent performance across locations.
Challenge
Commission-based compensation was a significant operational challenge for New Realty Group. Each employee earned different commission rates per product, per pharmacy, and sometimes per region. To make things more complicated, those rates often varied between agents and changed frequently.

DataStudio delivered two custom Power BI dashboards integrated with a smart SharePoint-based data entry system:

Tracks sales by product, agent, and location
Highlights performance trends and identifies underperforming areas
Supports strategic decision-making across teams
Commission Dashboard
Uses a centralized SharePoint list to store commission rules per employee, product, and pharmacy
Automatically matches sales data with commission structures
Calculates accurate monthly payouts with zero manual input
Allows managers to review individual contributions and team-level reward distribution
